Temi Estate, established in 1969, is Sikkim’s sole garden, known for its pristine Himalayan environment and Chinese cultivar teas. Their Bai Mu Dan, produced in 2019, has been aged for over five years, evolving into something far greater than its fresh self.

The once light and grassy liquor has deepened into a soft, autumnal cup with creamy texture and fruity sweetness. This is aged tea at its most elegant, showing how Sikkim’s terroir stands alongside the great ageing teas of Asia.
